Heskin Contemporary was an art gallery in New York City specializing in contemporary painting, drawing, and sculpture. The focus was to introduce and promote the works of emerging and established artists to new and seasoned collectors.
After several years as the director of the Edward Thorp Gallery in New York and another few years as a private art advisor, Elizabeth Heskin moved (in 2006) to a ground floor gallery space just north of Chelsea on West 37th street. The gallery operated until 2015, representing many painters and sculptors. Elizabeth continues to advise clients in acquiring works of art from private offerings on the secondary market, and working as an invited curator.
